Ministry Bio

Dr. Ghia C. Kelly is a prophet, teacher, transformational leader, and passionate advocate for healing and wholeness. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, she carries a unique assignment to activate, heal, and equip people to encounter the truth of God’s Word, become whole in their identity, and boldly walk in their God-given purpose. Known for her authenticity, transparency, and ability to minister to the whole person—body, soul, and spirit—Dr. Ghia is passionate about bridging the gap between spiritual gifting and spiritual formation. Her ministry emphasizes that powerful gifts must be accompanied by healed souls, Christlike character, emotional health, intimacy with God, and spiritual maturity. Her desire is to see believers not only function in their gifts, but become whole, mature, and firmly rooted in Christ.

Dr. Ghia is the Founder of The Gift of Truth, a ministry committed to creating transformative spaces where people can learn, heal, grow, and experience freedom through the truth of God’s Word. She is also the host of The Prophetic Push Podcast, where she equips prophets, prophetic people, and believers to deepen their understanding of the prophetic while exploring faith, identity, purpose, emotional health, healing, character, and spiritual formation.Her commitment to healing is also expressed through the RefresHER Women’s Healing Retreat, which creates intentional space for women to pursue emotional and spiritual healing in authentic community. She believes healing is not separate from purpose, it prepares us to carry what God has entrusted to us from a place of greater freedom and wholeness.

An ordained Prophet and Elder, Dr. Ghia also leads and equips prophets and prophetic people through the prophetic ministry at her local church and her personal ministry. Her ministry is marked by biblical truth, prophetic integrity, healthy leadership, and a commitment to developing prophetic voices that reflect both the power and character of Christ. Dr. Ghia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management, a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. She is also a certified faith-based life and mental health coach. At the heart of Dr. Ghia’s ministry is a simple conviction: God desires His people to be whole. Her life’s work is dedicated to helping people heal, discover who God created them to be, mature in their relationship with Him, and courageously walk in everything He has called them to become.
